Director of Development, Rise Light & Power
Elizabeth manages development of the company’s battery energy storage portfolio and has over a decade of experience in New York’s energy industry. Before joining Rise, she was a founding member of Con Edison Transmission, where she led development of electric transmission projects designed to connect remote renewable generation to customers. Elizabeth formerly worked for Con Edison’s regulated utility, which she represented in New York’s early offshore wind efforts and led the analysis for the company’s program to reduce heating oil consumption across the city. Before joining Con Edison, Elizabeth worked in Operations Performance at National Grid, developing and implementing post-merger process improvements across the organization. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in English from Georgetown University, and Master’s from the University of Michigan’s School of Environment and Sustainability, and an MBA from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business.
